Bob Howard is Chairman of Wellborn Management Co., Inc. Bob has more than 40 years of diversified real estate brokerage, management and development experience, and more than 30 as an entrepreneur. He holds the degree of Bachelor, Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and was a six-year Naval Aviator. Bob holds the professional designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM, CCIM Institute), Certified Property Manager (CPM, Institute of Real Estate Management), and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB, Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers). Bob is a past member of the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee, Past President of the Council of Commercial REALTORS® and currently is a member of Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce, Public Policy Committee, and the Reston Rotary Club.
Kimberly Alexander, GRI
Kim Alexander, President/Principal Broker, has over 20 years of real estate brokerage and management experience. Having lived and worked in Reston since 1987, she is an expert on community real estate trends, both residential and commercial. Kim is also a GRI (Graduate REALTOR ® Institute). In 1993, Kim joined Bob in the new Wellborn Management Co., Inc. and is now a co-owner of the company. Kim has personally managed a portfolio of office and industrial buildings totaling more than 500,000 sf. Kim, along with Bob, performed consulting, construction management and brokerage for the conversion and sale of 10 office condos, with aggregate transaction volume upward of $8 million. Kim and Bob co-listed this condo conversion project and sold out 100% in less than one year. Their sales and leasing volume for that year were in the $10’s of millions. Kim serves as 2015 Vice Chair of NVAR’s Commercial Council, and 2016 Chair of NVAR’s Commercial Council.

Vincent Alexander, GRI
Commercial and Residential Sales and Leasing
Vince Alexander joined Wellborn Management Co., Inc. in late 2003. In his first year with Wellborn, Vince became a GRI (Graduate REALTOR ® Institute). In Vince’s first two years as a licensed agent, he received the NVAR Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club designation for 2004 and 2005. Vince brings 17 years of marketing and sales experience from working at AT&T and IBM. Vince has lived and worked in Northern Virginia since 1962 and in Reston since 1987. He has an outstanding knowledge of Reston and the surrounding areas, and is a past Vice President of Winterport Cluster. He has been active in the community for years, raising his children, serving as Neighborhood Watch Leader, Covenants Director for his neighborhood association, and coaching Reston Girls & Boys Basketball Leagues. Vince works in commercial and residential sales/leasing and property management.

Property Manager and Marketing Director
Kayla Alexander is a graduate of George Mason University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English, with a minor in Psychology and Information Technology. Kayla joined Wellborn Management Co., Inc. in 2001 working part-time throughout high school and college. She is now a full-time employee with the company and manages commercial and residential properties in Fairfax and Loudoun Counties, ranging from small residential condominiums to multi-story commercial buildings. In addition, Kayla also leads Wellborn’s marketing initiatives and brings her expertise in writing, editing and desktop publishing to the company. She is currently working on her Broker’s License.

Georgianna Hallheimer, e-PRO, ABR, CCS
Georgianna Hallheimer is a Realtor who has been negotiating transactions with investors, sellers, and buyers for 25 years. She is a board member and treasurer of the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Marketing Association, and has worked on the membership committee of the Reston and the Alexandria Chambers of Commerce. In addition, she served as secretary and treasurer of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Commercial Council of Realtors. She also served as a secretary and committee chair of the International Eye Foundation, a board member of the Washington Symphony Orchestra, and President of the Rosslyn Business Women’s association. In her spare time, she enjoys theater, dance, art, design, skiing, golf, and tennis.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from George Mason University. She discovered her love for all things accounting while working for Marriott. There, she became an Assistant General Manager at 24 years old, when she opened a new Marriott in Gainesville, Florida. Elizabeth joined Wellborn in 2013 in our Accounting department, and is an invaluable asset to the company.
She manages and tracks the financial accounts for not only the business needs of Wellborn Management, but also for the six commercial buildings and numerous residential managements held by our company. She plans to become a Certified Public Accountant in the future. Her passions include raising her two adorable children!
Jeff Griffin is an experienced real estate professional with years of experience in both property maintenance and leasing. He held key property monitoring and leasing agent positions in the past, having worked with both Post Apartment Homes and Berkshire Realty. Jeff joined Wellborn Management in 2011, and serves as maintenance coordinator for both commercial and residential properties. Receiving his Real Estate License in 2013, Jeff is an invaluable memeber of the Wellborn Management team, with a special focus on ensuring that all Wellborn properties are maintained efficiently and optimally.
